  The tubular extractor works a charm on the ATX type connector. However the double tined extractor for Molex power connectors does not work so hot. The ends of the extractor have been tapered to expedite entering the tool into the connector but as a consequence it loses thickness just where it needs it on the barbs of the cable end. The taper should have created on the outside surface of the tool not the inside. All is not lost though, I find if you insert the tine of the single 'Auxiliary' tool down each side one at a time and pull, it works pretty good. Then you can raise the barbs of the wire end again using the tapered extractor before inserting into the replacement connector.
